Do I need any prior racing experience?
Not at all, in fact most of our participants will be there driving a racecar for the first time. Our qualified instructors will teach everything needed to understand how to get the most out of your day with us. If you really want to make the most of your time with us consider adding a ride along first. Whether you ride with Jeffrey or one of our other pros it is an incredible thrill, and a great jump start to your day.

Why just short tracks?
There’s a lot to this answer. First, it is our passion and truly the best racing experience out there. We can allow you to go closer to race speed on a short track rather than the very pedestrian speeds that others are running at the bigger tracks. You will feel the sensation of speed best at a short track. Finally, by concentrating on short tracks our cars are well prepared and simply dialed in to bring you the best and most authentic racing experience offered.

How fast will I be able to go?
It’s a great question, and probably our most asked question. Although, that’s what people ask we really think what you are asking is how close to the edge can I get? Can I run race speeds? The answer to that is you will come closer to that here with us than any other stock car experience. Truly there is no comparison between how close we allow you to get to race speed and any other experience out there. To be perfectly honest you will never hit the speeds at our short tracks that some of the other experiences hit at 1.5 or 2 mile tracks, but you will get way closer to competitive lap times. What you will experience is a racecar performing at its peak as you pull G’s thru the corner.
How long is the driving event?
The event will last 2-3 hours for driving experiences depending upon your lap package and the flow of the day. If you are driving we ask that you show up 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled driving time. Drivers will head into the safety class at their scheduled time, which will last about to 40 minutes. Then you will head out to the track and get suited up. You get your drive in and your ride if chosen in the next hour or 90 minutes. EX: Scheduled for 10am, arrive at 9:30am for registration. Head to safety class at 10am. Head out to the track and get suited up at 10:45am. On track driving between 11am & 12pm.
**We do suggest planning an extra hour, as many factors might cause a delay. A passing shower, oil down, on track incident. We strive to stay right on time for you, however sometimes there are delays out of our control.
How long is a ride along event?
Please allow for about an hour for your ride-along. You will show up for your scheduled time. There is no orientation, so we get you suited up, get you and and off you go. Your responsibilities are to hold on and if desired pray!!
What happens if it rains?
– JERE reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather. (Including but not limited to rain, high winds, unsafe high temps, etc.
– Participants will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information on file as soon as the event is canceled.
– If it is necessary to cancel an event due to safety concerns caused by inclement weather, we will offer an alternative date within 12 months from the date of your event within 50 miles of your booked location *Weekends dates are not guaranteed*. If the new date(s) offered do not work for you, your tickets are fully sellable or transferable. We do not offer refunds based upon weather cancellations. .
Since we are a traveling company, a makeup date will be determined based on availability between the track and our schedule and can be made for any time in the following 12 months.
– *There are no refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.* *No exceptions*
By nature, JERE is an outdoor event and dates are subject to change and cancellation due to weather. Therefore, we urge customers traveling long distances to make refundable travel arrangements. JERE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCURRED LODGING OR TRAVEL EXPENSES PERTAINING TO ANY CANCELLED EVENT.
Again, if this new availability does not work for you, your tickets are fully sellable or transferable. Further, your driving experience will not expire. However, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
What types of cars are used?
We use the best short track style racing cars in the world, NASCAR style Late Model Stockcars, Super Late Models and NASCAR style Modifieds.
Are there any age requirements?
To participate in our driving programs students must be at least 18 years old with a license. In our ride along programs riders must be 14 years old to participate plus be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What is provided?
All participants are provided with a Driver’s Suit, Helmet (with one way radio communication) and a NexGen Head & Neck Support Device.
What do I need to bring?
Be sure to bring your Driver Information packet that you received when you placed your order. If you do not have yours, you can print another copy by clicking here. Participants need to wear closed toe shoes & clothes that will be comfortable under the Driver’s/Rider’s suit.
Are there weight and height restrictions?
Our race cars don’t have doors ALL Driver’s & Rider’s must have the ability to climb through a 15” high by 28” wide window that sits 35” from the ground. Drivers must be at least 5′ tall. Maximum height is 6′ 4″ . Waist and chest can be no bigger than 52″.

What if I wreck?
You are responsible for your health insurance. You are financially responsible for all damage caused to the car due to driver error. A Vehicle Protection Plan is available for $60.00. If you purchase this plan the maximum repair cost you would be required to pay is $1000. All payments for damages must be paid at the track at the time of the incident and the remainder of your laps will be forfeited without a refund. Due to the quality of the training and cars, damage is rare. Drive participants may opt to purchase the Vehicle Protection Plan in advance, or at the track the day of your event.
What if I can’t make it to my scheduled event?
Please note that due to our traveling schedule, we have limited availability at each location. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your event. If you do need to reschedule, the following rescheduling fees will apply:
-30 or more days advance notice incurs a $50 nonrefundable fee per booking
-Under 30 days notice to reschedule incurs a $100 nonrefundable fee per booking
-No-call, no-show incurs a reinstatement fee of 75% of the total price paid.
If medical issues prevent the participant from participating in the racing experience, rescheduling fees can be waived upon the presentation of valid medical documentation stating the participant cannot drive/participate on the scheduled date.
*(If electing to reschedule out of a scheduled event, there is no guarantee our next availability will work for you, and there are no refunds for the reschedule fee or order in the event we do not return to your preferred location within 12 months)

Refund Policy
Your racing experience booking is fully transferable, assignable, and sellable. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be refunded; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Dates are subject to change.
I forgot to enter my promotion code and did not receive my discount?
Please call 336-628-RACE (7223) within 48 hours of booking and one of our agents will assist in correcting.(please note there is a $15 CC processing fee to correct this)
